Welcome to the website of Vishaka Fashion. By browsing this website, placing custom stitching orders, sending fabrics via courier, or enrolling in our training academy, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of service.
1. Product Orders & WhatsApp Transactions
All catalog items shown on the website are subject to availability. Vishaka Fashion does not operate an automated e-commerce checkout. Transactions, including inventory confirmation, style customizations, and manually generated invoice receipts, are finalized over WhatsApp. Placing a request does not guarantee order reservation until payment is verified.
2. Custom Tailoring Services
Custom tailoring services, including bridal blouses and designer stitching, are executed based on the measurements provided during the measurement session or mapped from a sample garment provided by the customer. Sizing adjustments requested within 7 days of garment delivery are corrected free of charge. Alterations requested after 7 days may attract nominal service charges.
3. Measurement Responsibility
When using our remote tailoring service, the customer is fully responsible for providing accurate body measurements or a correctly fitting reference garment. Vishaka Fashion is not liable for fit anomalies resulting from inaccurate measurement submissions or out-of-shape sample garments sent by the customer.
4. Courier Handling & Transport Risk
For services involving fabric courier shipments (inbound or outbound), the risk of loss or damage in transit shifts to the courier logistics provider. While we package garments securely using high-grade boutique boxes, Vishaka Fashion is not responsible for transit delays, parcel losses, or damages caused by third-party delivery services (e.g., DTDC, Professional Courier, Speed Post).
5. Delivery & Completion Timelines
Stitching and delivery timelines shared during order placement are estimations. Although we strive to complete every custom garment on schedule, delays arising from intricate artisanal work (e.g., heavy Aari embroidery), electricity outages, or severe weather conditions do not entitle the customer to order cancellations or financial compensations.
6. Academy Enrollment & Attendance
Enrollment in the Vishaka Fashion Academy classes (online or offline) is personal and non-transferable. Students must attend scheduled slots. Access to online training dashboards and video logs is restricted to enrolled students; sharing logins or academy material will result in termination of access without course fee refund.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the customized nature of boutique tailoring, Aari embroidery, and saree pre-pleating, we do not accept order cancellations, exchanges, or refunds once cutting/stitching has commenced or fabric materials have been purchased. Academy course fees, once paid, are strictly non-refundable and non-adjustable against other services.
8. Limitation of Liability
Vishaka Fashion's aggregate liability under any transaction, service contract, or training program is strictly limited to the actual amount paid by the customer for that specific service or product order. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or emotional damages resulting from delay, fit variances, or transit accidents.
Vishaka Fashion reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time without prior notification. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
